With over 20 years of experience in business management – specializing in nonprofits – she provides expert financial management, operational infrastructure, and strategic thought partnership to help individuals and teams maximize their impact. Her expertise spans accounting, administration, board engagement, event coordination, financial planning, HR, IT, risk management, legal compliance, and knowledge management. She is passionate about optimizing processes, streamlining workflows, and building organizational systems that are people-centered, responsive and efficient.
Beyond her professional work, Anna-Gaëlle is a strong advocate for reimagining systems to be more inclusive, sustainable, and aligned with human needs. She believes in creating structures that empower individuals rather than constrain them, making organizations more adaptable, collaborative, and mission-focused.
