Ellen Zeng

Ellen joined Issue One as a Technology Reform Policy Intern in May of 2025. She is a rising senior at Duke University, pursuing a double major in computer science and public policy. Ellen’s work lies at the intersection of emerging technology and public good. She hopes to bridge the divide between industry and civil society through her past experiences testing self-driving cars at Zoox and advancing digital public infrastructure at New America. In her free time, Ellen enjoys drawing and painting.
