Chessa Reid is a development operations and donor services professional with a strong background in CRM management, data integrity, and workflow automation within the nonprofit sector. She recently joined Issue One, where she supports development operations and works to strengthen internal systems that drive effective, data-informed fundraising strategies.
Prior to joining Issue One, Chessa served as a Development Operations & Donor Database Specialist at The Salvation Army Potomac Divisional Headquarters, where she managed donor communication workflows, enhanced automation systems, and led data-driven initiatives to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. Her work included leveraging tools such as Power BI and Power Automate to streamline processes, as well as implementing solutions that improved data quality across multiple locations. Outside of work, Chessa enjoys staying active and rollerblading with her dog Gracie.
