Rosarie Tucci

Rosarie Tucci recently served at the U.S. Agency for International Development in senior executive roles in the Conflict Prevention Bureau and the Center for Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance. She led efforts to modernize democracy assistance on issues such as information integrity, digital democracy, election integrity, media viability, and people powered movements. Prior to that, she served as the Director for Inclusive Societies, Peace Processes and Reconciliation at the U.S. Institute of Peace.
Rosarie was a Fulbright Scholar in Sofia, Bulgaria, holds an LLM in international human rights law from the University of Nottingham, and a BA in political science and communications from Boston College.
