Joshua joined Issue One in October 2022. Prior to joining Issue One, he worked in the Puerto Rico State House. Similarly, Joshua has worked in voter education efforts, criminal justice reform, and political campaigning. In 2021, Joshua moved to Washington, D.C., to work in government affairs for top Puerto Rican officials. Joshua earned a B.A in Political Science from the University of Puerto Rico Rio Piedras Campus.
