Patrick Young

Patrick Young joined Issue One in August 2021. Patrick oversees all personnel-related matters for the organization. With nearly 10 years of nonprofit HR experience, Patrick has expertise crafting policies and initiatives that improve the workplace. Before Issue One, Patrick was the HR and Volunteer Director for DOORWAYS, a nonprofit in St. Louis that provides housing and supportive services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Patrick is a graduate of Mississippi State University where he received his bachelors in political science and journalism and his master’s in public policy and administration.
